　　ForeignChinesewhohaveadoctoraldegreeoraboveandworkinBeijingwithaworkresidencepermitmayapplyforpermanentresidenceofforeigners.

　　具有博士研究生以上學(xué)歷且持工作類居留許可在北京工作的外籍華人，可以申請(qǐng)辦理外國(guó)人永久居留。

　　（2）Applicationdocuments

　　1.Two2-inchfrontbareheadedwhiteorlightbluebackgroundcolorphotosandelectronicphotos(submittedonCD).

　　1.2張2寸正面免冠白色或淡藍(lán)色背景彩色照片及電子版照片（刻錄光盤(pán)提交）。

　　Copiesoftheapplicant'svalidforeignpassportandvalidworkresidencepermitinBeijing.

　　申請(qǐng)人有效外國(guó)護(hù)照和在北京辦理的有效工作類居留許可復(fù)印件。

　　TheapplicantshouldprovideChina'spassportthathasobtainedforeignresidencequalificationcertificate,naturalizationpaperorregisteredresidencetranscriptandnaturalization.OrsubmittheoriginaloftheforeignChinesecertificateletterissuedbytheBeijingOverseasChineseAffairsOffice.

　　申請(qǐng)人需提供曾取得外國(guó)定居資格憑證、入籍紙或戶籍謄本、入籍時(shí)使用的中國(guó)護(hù)照；或提交北京市僑務(wù)辦公室出具的外籍華人憑證函件原件。

　　Copyofeducationdegreecertificate(thecertificatemustbecertifiedbytheChineseembassyorconsulateinthecountryorthecertificationauthoritydesignatedbytheNationalEducationDepartment).

　　教育學(xué)歷學(xué)位證書(shū)復(fù)印件（證書(shū)須由中國(guó)駐該國(guó)使領(lǐng)館認(rèn)證或國(guó)家教育部門(mén)指定的認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行認(rèn)證）。

　　Photocopyofthecertificateofnocriminalrecordabroad(allcountriesorregionsthathaveresidedcontinuouslyformorethan2yearsbeforethedateofapplication)(thecertificatemustbecertifiedbytheChineseembassyorconsulateinthatcountry,orsubmitthecertificateissuedbytheChineseembassyorconsulateinChina.ThecertificateandthecertificationissuedbytheChineseembassyorconsulateabroadshallbewithin6monthsbeforethedateofacceptance).

　　國(guó)外（申請(qǐng)之日前連續(xù)居留2年以上的所有國(guó)家或地區(qū)）無(wú)犯罪記錄憑證復(fù)印件（憑證須經(jīng)中國(guó)駐該國(guó)使領(lǐng)館認(rèn)證，或提交所屬國(guó)駐華使（領(lǐng)）館出具的憑證，憑證及中國(guó)駐外使領(lǐng)館的認(rèn)證出具時(shí)間均應(yīng)在受理之日前6個(gè)月內(nèi)）。

　　AcopyofthephysicalexaminationcertificateissuedbythehealthandquarantinedepartmentdesignatedbytheChinesegovernmentoraforeignmedicalinstitutioncertifiedbytheChineseembassyorconsulateinthatcountry(theentry-exithealthandquarantinedepartmentdesignatedinBeijingistheBeijingInternationalTravelhealthcarecenter,andthecertificationshallbeissuedwithin6monthsbeforethedateofacceptance).

　　中國(guó)政府指定的衛(wèi)生檢疫部門(mén)出具的或者經(jīng)中國(guó)駐該國(guó)使領(lǐng)館認(rèn)證的外國(guó)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)簽發(fā)的體格檢查憑證復(fù)印件（在京指定的出入境衛(wèi)生檢疫部門(mén)為北京國(guó)際旅行衛(wèi)生保健中心,認(rèn)證的出具時(shí)間應(yīng)在受理之日前6個(gè)月內(nèi)）。

　　Copyofindividualtaxpaymentcertificateissuedbytaxauthority.

　　稅務(wù)機(jī)關(guān)出具的個(gè)人繳稅憑證復(fù)印件。

　　Copyofunitregistrationcertificate.Theenterpriseshallissueacopyofthecompany'sbusinesslicense,andotherunitsshallissuecertificatessuchasthecertificateofpublicinstitutionlegalperson.Iftheemployerisaforeign-investedenterprise,theenterpriseshallalsoissuetheapprovalcertificateofforeign-investedenterprise,thereceiptforfilingtheestablishmentofforeign-investedenterpriseandthereceiptforfilingthechangeofforeign-investedenterprise.

　　單位登記憑證復(fù)印件。企業(yè)應(yīng)出具公司《營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照副本》，其他單位應(yīng)出具《事業(yè)單位法人證書(shū)》等憑證材料。如任職單位是外商投資企業(yè)的，企業(yè)還應(yīng)出具《外商投資企業(yè)批準(zhǔn)證書(shū)》或《外商投資企業(yè)設(shè)立備案回執(zhí)》、《外商投資企業(yè)變更備案回執(zhí)》。

　　Theoriginaloftheemploymentcertificateissuedbytheemployer.

　　任職單位出具的任職憑證原件。

　　Copiesofforeignerworkpermit,foreigneremploymentpermitorforeignexpertcertificate.Theinformationabouttheemploymentunit,positionandpersonalinformationshallbeconsistentwiththeemploymentvoucherandotherrelevantvouchers.

　　《外國(guó)人工作許可證》、《外國(guó)人就業(yè)證》或《外國(guó)專家證》復(fù)印件。有關(guān)任職單位、職務(wù)及個(gè)人情況等信息應(yīng)與任職憑證等有關(guān)憑證一致。

　　Resumeoftheapplicant(fromtheageof18tonow,consecutiveyearsandmonthsarerequired).

　　申請(qǐng)人個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷（18周歲至今，要求年份和月份之間連續(xù)）。

　　Note:1.ThecertificatesissuedbyrelevantforeigninstitutionsshallbecertifiedbytheChineseembassyorconsulateinthatcountry.

　　注：1.外國(guó)有關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)出具的憑證需經(jīng)中國(guó)駐該國(guó)使領(lǐng)館認(rèn)證。

　　2.ForeignlanguagematerialsshallbetranslatedintoChineseandstampedwiththeofficialsealofthetranslationcompany.

　　2.外文材料需譯成中文，并在翻譯件上加蓋翻譯公司公章。

　　3.Theoriginalshallbereviewedbeforesubmittingthecopy,andanA4copyisrequired.

　　3.遞交復(fù)印件前均需審核原件，需一份A4規(guī)格復(fù)印件。

　　4.IftheapplicantneedstoprinttheChinesenameonthe"greencard",itshallindicatewhethertoprinttheChinesenameinthecolumnof"othermatterstobeexplained"ontheapplicationform.

　　4.申請(qǐng)人如需在“綠卡”上打印中文姓名，應(yīng)在申請(qǐng)表上“其他需說(shuō)明的事項(xiàng)”欄目中明示是否打印中文姓名。

　　5.China'sregisteredresidencepersonnelshouldbecancelledafterregisteredresidenceregistration.

　　5.未注銷中國(guó)戶籍的人員，應(yīng)注銷戶籍后再提出申請(qǐng)。
